Page/Group Structure

Every page or group has a generalizable structure that we are going to use to further standardize using organizing groups.

Taken at a very high level every page (or complex group with many children) should maintain the same basic structure, which is as follows:

The "Head", "Body" and "Foot" groups are what we will call {Organizing Groups}
